Investigations

Once a commercial claim reaches our Investigations Department, we will probe further into the operation of the company.  We have an extensive network of claim investigators across the country, which can provide us with information on the owners, officers, investors, registered agent, vendors, business license, surety bonds, photographs, lease, and name of landlord, bank accounts, asset, and liability reports. The more we know about the company - the more willing they are to pay.

Onsite Visits

On large commercial accounts it may become necessary, for Anderson, Randolf, Price, LLC to dispatch a local licensed and bonded private investigator to the company's location to take pictures and video the operation.  We will also conduct a Question and Answer session that could reveal confidential data that will expedite collections.  In the event the case has to be placed for litigation all the information obtained can and will be used for that purpose.    The combination of time tested strategies and collection techniques allow us to shorten the recovery process.
